Wordpress site modification

I have a Wordpress website that needs some modification to include elements in order to emulate the crowdfund site Kickstarter.com. The website can be found at [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] I'm evolving the site to emulate [login to view URL] in steps, at the end of each step I'll come back with more modifications after testing. The following is needed: Top header row - Reduce header height from 190px to 105 px - convert logo from image to text; text = FundMyCoolProject; Cool = different color than other words - add Search field with button - confirm that the WP Autosuggest plugin works with the Search field Footer (similar to [login to view URL]) - add the links: Blog, FAQs, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Contact (links are # for now) - keep ‘Copyright © 2010 FundMyCoolProject’ Related Post Thumbnails Plugin Settings - related post thumbnail works and displays the thumbnails but the thumbnails needs to be re-sized properly (Related - Posts Thumbnails plugin) - need to enter correct URL to resizing PHP file Sidebar - current sidebar has 2 sidebars, please combine to make 1 sidebar - this applies only to Posts, not Pages Programmer needs to be skilled in Wordpress, PHP, and CSS.
