Wordpress GeoTheme Design - Theme Design/Customization

Specifics - I need the following completed: We are a new webiste, not yet launched on search networks 1) New skin - redesign of look and feel. colors, font, images. All functionality and widgets remain intact and should be used in the design. We have all the content including logos, banners, and everything else. You will not be creating content. We need page design. Create a free flowing layout that is easy to navigate highlights our events, blog posts, and shares us with social media. This is most important, those that can add cool elements and key plugins to engage users with our content are who we are looking for. 2) Complete Buddypress/Geotheme installation - I already have a Geotheme+Buddypress child theme (already purchased custom from Geotheme). You need to make sure the installation is complete and working properly. This likely involved some minor HTML work but should not take much time. Social site We need to integrate a program like buddypress or similar to enabel users to do the following. Log in using social media (facebook, goolge, etc) like places and events rate places and events in different catagories (i.e. price, music, drinks, crowd) leave comments on events, blog posts, and places. be able to click and say they are attending an event users should have a personal page where they can see favorites and where they are going etc. We need the blog posts, events, places, etc, to be be able to be shared on twitter, facebook, pintrest, and google+.
