This project is a safelist network and must be similar to safelistbuilder.com. This must be a double opt in safelist. I would like the safelist to look similar to safelistbuilder.com. Here is a reference to the safelist:

Each safelist owner should have the ability to paste ads and messages using HTML in their control panel.

The safelist owner in the network should have the ability to offer their members the ability to mail from once a day to once an hour. Members should be able to receive credits for clicking on ad links also.

Safelist owner can choose price to charge members from monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, yearly and lifetime.

The addresses of the members of all the safelists in the network should be included in one super safelist run by me where people can join and send emails to everyone in the network.

I need to manage the payments from all the safelists in the network.

Free safelists will have a turing key. Paid will not have a turing key. For the free safelist member to remove the turing key they will have to make a onetime payment. I will manage this not the safelist owners.
