Website Editing and Development to existing wordpress membership site

THIS IS NOT A BIG JOB, 90% OF THE SITE IS COMPLETE, WE JUST NEED SOMEONE TO FIX A FEW BUGS AND EDIT THE CURRENT SITE TO MAKE IT LOOK AND SCORE BETTER A list of jobs include, restructuring the Home/landing page - Which is actually quite easy, as 85% of the content is already there, it just needs to be moved around to present professionally. I only need one extra TAB as a CTA added and Video to display on the home screen and one to be added in a table that currently has a dummy video in it. I need something changed with CSS so the wordpress site publishes paragraphs for al my posts. At the moment, it doesn't matter if I write HTML or anything between paragraphs, it doesn't transfer that structure to the published version. Since we upgraded our wordpress, the first scrolling photos at the top of the page doesn't work, I would like this fixed. Also, since updating the wordpress, the subscriptions (as this is a weightloss 12 week challenge where people pay a fee to join up as basic member and then they can upgrade to a beginner, intermediate or advanced option. Each option has a calendar with daily advice for their specific membership (not being able to see any other) Now, no membership can even see the calender since the upgrade and I need this fixed. Attached is a document with more detailed instructions, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU READ ALL INFORMATION AND RESPOND DIRECTLY TO MY PROBLEMS AND HOW YOU WILL FIX THEM IN ORDER TO BE AWARDED THE JOB. STANDARD RESPONSES OUTLINING YOUR SKILLS AND PREVIOUS WORK WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TOO AS WE NEED TO KNOW YOU UNDERSTAND THE REQUIREMENTS, HAVE LOOKED AT THE SITE AND CAN COMPETENTLY FIX THEM ALL IN A TIMELY MANNER AS PROMISED. WE NEED THIS WORK TO BEGIN TODAY, NOT AWARD SOMEONE THE JOB AND NO WORK GETS DONE FOR 2-5 DAYS, AS THIS IS UNEXCEPT-ABLE AND WE NEED THIS FIXED ASAP. COMMUNICATION IS A MUST VIA SKYPE THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE PROJECT AS WE MUST KNOW WHAT IS BEING FIXED AND WHAT YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH ALONG WITH UNDERSTANDING THE PROGRESS TO MAKE SURE THE JOB IS BEING DONE AND WE ARE MOVING FORWARD.
