We are looking for someone who can build our website that will allow its users to send web 2 sms. The users must be registered on our website who want to use the service. You will be responsible to design as well as maintain the site for a short period. Domain registration and other domain related charges will not be your responsibility. As a messaging server, we are already outsourcing this from another service provider(We are purchasing per sms messages from another service provider). They offer HTTP, FTP, and SMPP interfaces to interact with their system. The designer will just integrate the service provider with our web interface.
