16850 Web Design, PHP expert

I am looking for a scriptlance clone and a programmer who can quickly customize the script with small changes. You must truly know to make php databse driven websites. I am loooking for someone with a lot of knowledge in freelance scripts and who can design a nice site. - If you just bid to bid, your wasting your time and mine, you will not get paid if you dont know what your doing or can't prove it. - I know how to tell if your good programmer, please do not bid unless your an expert in this. -You must be able to show me your a real web designer or have someone who works with you as the webdesigner (html, css, xhtml, ect. all the very modern technologies you must know. -You must show me you know your PHP,MSQL,SQL,Access,CGI, script custimization -I am looking for the same exact features as the [login to view URL] Freelance script.
