The server ran out of space, because of a bug. I cleared the bug, and free'd the space. But now the web app which runs on ruby rails / postgres does not start.... i need your help to fix this asap. i will give you teamviewer remote access to fix this. NOTE: the DB on this system does not have a backup. You must restore the DB to working condition, with out loosing data. here is the error details i see SEE ATTACHED ERROR LOG from web browser.
