Simple social food contest based on Concrete5

Need a quick website (adaptive for desktop/tablet/mobile) where a user can register or use Google+/Facebook/Twitter account to login and upload it's own recipe. When the user register will load the recipe, later he will have a personal page to apply changes to the recipe. One recipe for user, recipe load is mandatory. User data will be: name surname email recipe name recipe category recipe photo recipe ingredients recipe description User should be able to link his social accounts and publish a link to his recipe on all major social network. The public part of the web site will show recipes organized by category, there will be a search field for recipe searching and a search page for advanced search. Browsing by category, by search or by advanced search the user will show recipes by name, photo, category and ingredients (fast summary of). Clicking on recipe row the user will show the recipe page with owner details, all the recipe field and social sharing buttons. "Liking" the page on social networks the user will publish update on his profile, recipe owner will get a point and the recipe rise in a rank where all the reference obtained by the recipe will count. There will be rank for category and rank for the entry site. Users of the website will be able to place comment on each recipe logging in with their own FB/TW/G+ account, publishing comment a post on the social network in behalf of the logged in account will be placed with a link to the voted recipe. Website layout will be one of the predefined Concrete5's, final layout will be chosen later and uploaded on the Concrete5 installation to change the website layout. Developer will follow Concrete5 standards to ensure that layout changing in a later time will be smoothly.
