Redesign of Drupal based Sites

I have a few Drupal based sites that I need some work done on. I am looking for a good developer who understands Drupal well. Can please look at the requirements below and let me know if you can do them and how much would you charge?
Project 1:
I have a community web site at the URL [url removed, login to view] - which has a strong and growing community. I would like to change the design and look to resemble more on the lines of the HBS Working Knowledge site at [url removed, login to view]
The site if built on DRUPAL.(ver 4.6)
Also, I want to add a custom table, search on which could be conducted through a search field on the main page. (results maybe shown on a separate page).
Also, some things are not working as desired within Drupal and I would like to get those things fixed as well so they do not create issues for me.
If possible I would love to get this site upgraded to 4.7 first and get the complete install of Organic Groups with the new components.
Project 2:
I also have another blog site at [url removed, login to view] for which I would like to have a design like this site [url removed, login to view] This is also on Drupal (ver 4.7). It has some issues as well - like some modules do not work:
- Amazon tools
- Weekly and Monthly Archives
- pdfview
and some others - which I can list out later.
