Quick Wordpress Web Site

Hi, Thanks for reviewing my project. I'm looking for a good web designer to develop mini WP blog web site. The web site will include landing page, product download page and the normal legal footer pages (e.g. acceptable usage policy, anti spam, privacy policy, about us and contact us). All content for the site is provided. The contact up page should be generated from free WP Plugin. Although this is a very simple project, I've included more specification below. 1. The landing page (home page) will be blank page developed using WP plugin. Full sketch of the page will be provided. Details of the plugin is below: [login to view URL] Although there's some learning involved in using the plugin, it should take max of one hour say to complete the landing page. 2. Add footer pages / links. The content / text for the pages will be provided. Footer link on home page to include link articles (this is the blog and anchor text should be: "business management articles") 3. Add video URL and optin form to landing page. The video should autamatically play when visitor lands on the web site. code for Optin form is provided. 4. Create / Add product download page (this should not be linked to the blog or home page). Sketch of landing page with content will be provided. 5. Edit logo provided for site and agree changes with me until I'm satisfied. 6. Resize, optimize and add product image (PSD image is provided) to top right column of blog above product download icon. 7. Use the Wordpress theme provided to develop the web site. Finally, there are four images to be included on the home page. These should be edited / optimised so the web site is fast in loading. The web site should be optimised for the main Internet browsers (IE8, 9, 10 Firefox, google Chrome, etc) The project should take an experienced designer approx three hours max complete. My maximum budget is $80.
