php/mysql addon for existing site

Need php back end integration to add and display data from mysql db. Do NOT want CMS!!! Only php admin back end design. Been ripped off by 2 GAF providers on this so far to the tune os $900 US so absolutely NO money up front. Project will involve creating backend admin area to upload graphics and description data to mysql db. Front end will display selected data from db and will involve use of [login to view URL] files.
