2nd Move of Wordpress Template from DEV area to live area of the site

Hi, I recently bought a wordpress template for my website and worked on modifying it in a non-public "dev" area of my site. I modified the template a little bit, changing some of the template files and plugin files to make it look how I wanted. Now I just need someone to transfer that template to the actual live version of my site. So again, the site is created, done, and ready to go. Now I just need to move it to the live area of the site and minimize downtime as much as possible. Its more than a simple drag and drop of the template folder as again, some files outside the template folder may have been touched. I can provide visual samples if need be, just ask away.
