Minor updates to a website

Greetings, I have downloaded a program for my website that is up and running. However, I need some minor tweeks to it. I would like to change the word LOGO to DMV MASS BUY in the top left hand corner In the Reply to add I wanted to add a text box with the heading Quantity desired I want whenever an ad is posted it is automatically sent to me for approval before it is posted I want all the reply to ad emails to go to my email address not to the customer In the create your ad portion I want remove the Price field box and options. I also want to remove the zip code field
