Migrating Current Website to Joomla + Redesign

A client of mine needs to move their current website over to a new Joomla template which I have already found and purchased.
I am a product/project manager and already completed all of the new copy, wireframes and have the majority of the artwork required.
What I require is as follows:
1. Assistance during the migration phase, keeping website downtime to a minimum.
2. Minor modifications to the existing template (this will be very little to no changes)
3. Minor design work, some icons and small images will be needed across the site which were not provided with the template.
4. Ensuring the website is SEO compliant and that the Google Analytics is configured correctly.
I can do most of the data transferring, image uploading etc myself, Im just looking for someone to work with me from a technical perspective during the process and assist where needed.
