Looking for a sportsbook (sports betting) script

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUE: YOU MUST KNOW ABOUT TRADITIONAL CONCEPTS OF SPORTSBOOK SITES TO AVOID RISK OF CONFUSION OR TIME WASTED, IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT MEANS: ODDS, STAKE, SETTLED BETS, FREEBET, DEPOSIT BONUS, KIND OF BETS LIKE OVER/UNDER, 1X2, DRAW-NO-BET (VOID BETS), CORRECT SCORE, ETC, I MUST SAY: THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST BUT I GUESS THIS IS NOT FOR YOU.

I want to own a sportsbook website based in points (imaginary currency) with this features:

* User interface: Full list of matches/games/events with start date/time. Users can place bets before this time/date. After that time the events must be closed. When the user click on one event/match/game must be redirected to list of match/event/game odds to pick. Odds must be on decimal format. List of matches/events/games must have wide options to sort ( by sports, league, country, most popular, closing soon, recommended, closing in next 3/6/12/24 hours, etc). When the user pick any odd, he should see the "bet slip" with information concerning what odd have been picked, a textbox to enter the stake, how much points can earn if he wins, and particular rules to this pick (i.e.: include or not overtime and shootouts to this pick, or if the match ends on draw the stake will be returned to your account, etc)

* User account: Detailed reports of bets placed, account movements, withdraw funds (exchange points for gifts), deposit funds (earn points by several ways like referring friends or buying memberships of the website via offline methods as bank deposit. No credit/debit cards or paypal/ewallets involved at this time), verify account (document uploader to certify age 18+), other typical "my account" items as change password, edit profile, etc.

* Admin panel with all kind of tools to track users balances and activities (bets placed, points earned) customizable memberships as: barely registered, age verified, buyer. Capability of create typical bonuses and/or promotions. i.e: freebets, deposit % bonuses, refer friends. Set odds on events/matches/games into categories/sports with date/time. Configure rules for particular kind of bets. Settle bets when the event/match/game has ended. Capability to create custom pages like news or recommended events/matches.

Other general features:

* 100% opensource. I don't want hidden superusers.

* Security features on the code to avoid cheating (as sql injection, url commands, etc). Ok, the website will not handle real money, just points, but it does not mean crappy/buggy site.

* My web hosting is godaddy, LINUX, PHP 5.3

* Feel free to build this over DRUPAL, JOOMLA, WORDPRESS as an addon, or over PHPBB, SMF, or another open source board as a plugin/hack, or start from scratch if you want, I just want something solid, stable and fully functional.
