Legal Documentation Preparation Website - Private Bid

I am looking to prepare a legal form development website. The website, in essence, would allow users to input their divorce information which would then provide all the documentation, including instructions to conduct a divorce on their own. Included with this site are the following requirements: • Fill in information from database into an already created PDF Fillable Forms • Create PDF forms from data inputted by user and preformatted word document • Create User account • Be able to export data from users into Excel Spreadsheet • Administrator has Backend access to input/change data • Administrator also has access to print/access records of clients • Joomla front end • Secure Input Area • Input area will adjust based upon questioning that person initially puts in….ie child support and child custody sections will not appear if person checks that they have no children. Input area will have both video based and text based instructions on each section. • Expandable input section like other sites where a user can input more than one child and site expands accordingly with number of children. • Payment gateway – setup with paypal • The ability to add additional questions and answers sections in without having to rework the entire data entry section Unlike Legal Zoom, we will only doing one area – divorce. I want someone that has had experience in creating this type of site. I expect high quality work and would like to see work that you have done which matches the below listed sites. Additionally, I would like you to take a look at these sites to incorporate their functionality but at the same time come up with unique ideas to make it even better. I will give you a starting point for the questions that will be asked on the site.
