Wordpress theme need to design and integrate as per given instruction. It is a simple theme. Basic idea is ready.
You can use any readymade theme and make the custom changes onit, I don't mind but the end result should be similar to given instruction. You can setup the theme on your server and show me the updates in every 30mins.
Wordpress theme experience is required for this project.
Project need to be complete in next 3-4 hour max.

Budget is $30 MAX less is also wellcome.
