Looking for an experienced developer to develop and design a holiday rental site, basically a partial clone of this site [login to view URL] (open to other creative ideas). Main Differences from clone site - no global listings - limited to Greece - no mobile notifications - much simpler listing form (fewer tabs) - English / Greek bilingual site to start with (it should be easy to add new languages and its language files should be easily updated. ) - hotels included also in a slightly different form - users can upload their images directly which will be resized and thumbnailed (basic users only 1 picture and paying users up to 12). When a paying user's subscription ends then automatically the advanced features are suspended and they reappear again once payment has been completed. Looking for the following features Admin end - When finished the entire website should be able to be administered online through a nice control panel and the Web pages should be easily updatable through any html program. User end - Search by location and availability and price - easy process to register and place holiday rental advert - tiered membership (basic members will be able to add only one picture and will have other limitations. Paying members will be able to add up to 12 pictures and they will appear on top of the search results, they will not have to view adds) - payment engine to be 2checkout and moneybookers - add photos (auto-thumbnailer and autoresizer) - easy to edit the adverts, change availability, delete, etc - view stats - how many users, ads - bilingual (it must be set up in a way that everything can change from one language to another, even the descriptions in the listings) - it should be easy to add extra links in the home page (like FAQ, links, etc) Design - light as the site to be cloned but different AND smarter - template driven easy to change in dreamweaver - css driven - all attributes easily changeable via css file (fonts, background colors, image borders/shadows, etc) - easy to add or change ads (like google adsense / commission junction through an include file) - search engine friendly urls ie [login to view URL] for users and [login to view URL] for sections and subsections, i.e. [login to view URL] (mod rewrite work) Payment etc Half payment when I see the site working on your server to my complete satisfaction the other half when I see it working on mine to my complete satisfaction. All raw code and image files need to be on my server and I must retain all copyright permissions. All money transactions will be escrowed. You need to have a working contact email, MSN Messenger and phone number. I need to see a live demo of something close to it before I even consider picking you. If project is a success you can be assured a good review and more work. IMPORTANT – READ THIS BEFORE YOU BID I know how much time and work it will take you to do certain things. I also know (and can manipulate myself) many free scripts and code snippets out there which can save one a lot of work. So no nonsense bids please. (This equally applies to low-end bids – if someone bids 100 dollars they will be expected to do it for 100 dollars). Once the site is complete you should be able to sort out all bugs for no additional charge – even if they are discovered months after the site went on line. You must also be available for future modifications / additions at a logical cost.
