Fix My Site

I need someone to help me fix my site. [login to view URL] I need someone to give the site a nice design upgrade. I want it to look much more appealing then it currently does. There are 5 total pages that need to be done. I want a nice design to the site and who ever gets the job to implement the new design into the pages. The site files are attached so you can review the code as it stands now. I bought this script and am getting no support. It has an email feature that allows people to email a chapter of the Bible to someone. The email portion isn't working and I need it to work. Everything else in the site is working except for this feature. There is code there but it's all Greek to me. Here is an example of what it looks like [login to view URL];chap=3 As you see it has a box for name, email, my name is and include a note. I need it to be able to send that information as well as the selected chapter from the Bible selected from the previous page. Currently it is not sending any email at all and upon requesting support they said I had an outdated file and sent another. Still same problem and I'm tired of playing games with them. I need this done asap! I would also like some SEO work done to the site as well.
