I need a website that when people enter 3 numbers it will give you the average of the 3 combined like this website:

and once it calculates the average number total it will subtract 30% and 40% for 2 answers.

Example: 15171, 18500, 14096 will give you this answer: 15,922.33 so minus 30% is: 11145.631

15,922.33 so minus 40% is: 9553.398

I want the website to look like the attachments and to work like the attachments. Thank you!
