Assist me with IT and web tasks

Please read carefully before placing a bid. I need an IT consultant who can go through our websites and help us with our IT strategy and rate the performance of our web design team. You need to be an experience and active person in this filed. We are looking for someone to act immediately as website and IT manager to - Managing the website and updating its content - Assigning tasks to other company members for their contributions to the website - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs and websites. - Managing social media - Writing Blog posts or articles - Sales and order management - Managing Calendar, Booking travel and other functions on the website - Email management and Skype communication - Other miscellaneous tasks that will be delegated by email or by phone. You need to have good English and be able to write well, as this is essential to the project. So, if you are interested, please bid as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We are looking for a talented and motivated web designer/administrator to keep our website continually up to date. The person we are looking for must be technically minded and be able to fix any problems quickly that may arise with our websites and IT systems such as e-mails and sharepoints. The person will be responsible for developing and designing websites, making updates to company websites, maintaining and developing internal web based systems and IT accounts for employees, general IT support for other employees and other tasks as it may arise. The successful applicant will have significant Experience in one or more of web template design for Joomla, Magento, Drupal, Wordpress. Programming skills (Php, Jquery, Ajax, MySQL, Adobe CS6, Photoshop) will be a distinct benefit to your application. Is advantageous, but not essential. Please note that this work is for five days (full-time) and the budget for this project is 40 British pounds. Bids for more than 40 British pounds will be disregarded. Also, the project, will not be offered to companies, as I prefer to work with just one individual.
