simple cURL project -- USA only

The US Postal Service has APIs available for ordering many items, but not for ordering the (free) boxes for Flat Rate Priority Mail. My new business will be based on storage of data backup media off-site, delivered via USPS FRPM. To simply the user experience, I need to allow users to place one order with me and receive the needed boxes automatically from USPS. A USPS sales person suggested using this method since their API doesn't cover it and all orders and addresses are valid; we're just simplifying the user experience.
I need a cURL script (PHP) that will
1) sign up a new customer (relevant info provided) for an account at [url removed, login to view] and
2) order Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes (which are free, size and quantity info provided) to be sent to their homes
3) with appropriate error checking/returns.

You may note that all items being ordered are free including delivery, so there is no financial info provided.
I have this marked USA only because you may want to use the script to order some boxes for yourself for testing (just take them back to any USPS office).
Edit: Items to be ordered will be one of only three items from the list page in the link above. No need to code all of those options. Similarly there will be only two quantity options.
