Windows application to generate thumbnails

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN UPDATED BID. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BID ON THIS PROJECT THEN PLEASE BID AGAIN SO I KNOW YOU HAVE READ THE CHANGES. I need a Windows or OS X application to generate thumnails/thumbshots of websites. To understand exactly what I mean please visit the following site: [login to view URL] Thumbnails should be generated in two sizes as in the free version and paid version of the site above. The application will take a list of url's as an input parameter (via a filename) and read its config options from a file and will output the thumsbhot in jpeg format to a file based on the url address. i.e. Input: [login to view URL] Output: [login to view URL] '/' characters should be replaced with '#' in the filenames. I would prefer the application to be in c#.net or vb.net and I have seen some source code out there to do it. I do not want java applications. Please submit with your bid a description of how you intend to capture the on screen representation of the site. If you think this is possible then let me know. Otherwise I am open to suggestions. The application MUST be able to handle errors and also continue in the list where it left off if it crashes. Please feel free to use any open source code available. Andy ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased unles open source code is used. ## Platform Windows XP Pro or 2K server with .net framework 1.1, preferably written in c# or vb.net
