Spy Modem Clone in VB

Hi Coders, I am looking for an expert in Visual Basic, to write me a clone of Spy Modem. I am sorry but i will only consider coders with a 9 or above rating and a reasonable price. I am a visual basic coder myself and understand the work involved. The program must run on ALL versions of Windows from 95 - XP. The program must work with all types of modems. I am not too bothered about the networking features included in SPY MODEM, but everything else is a MUST. The interface is open for disscussion, i beleive that SPY MODEM could have been done alot better, a mock up of the GUI would be an advantage. I will disscuss more with the coder that i choose.
