Logical design for database & SQL code for tables

Create a logical (3NF) database design from an already completed E-R Diagram. Create SQL statements for those logical design tables. Please see attached ZIP file for all details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). 4) _Must have all the requirements included in the attachment including full detailed explanation for each table. _5) Deadline is Wednesday November 12, 2003 by 8:00PM Central Time (US). 6) Everything must be diagramed and typed in Microsoft Word. ## Platform Windows 98, XP.
