Simple CRM with following functionalities (Don’t need all the functions in an Enterprise CRM). Clarifications is welcome. A more complete functional specifications will be provided upon confirmation of deal. 1. Administrative functions. With simple GUI step by step setup guide. (Graphic and images can be provided if required) 2. Users and Clients management (storing of clients and users bio data and other information, function to set important events and reminders, etc.). Function to upload contact informations from Google, Outlook or other contact providers. Function to upload information from Excel file template 3. Sales person team management. i.e. function to define which person is under which sales person, etc. 4. Basic Sales information tied to each clients and sales staff. GUI view to show Sales funnel, pipelines and Pie chart to show the percentages. Can classify prospects into Sales Lead -> Prospects -> Customer. 5. Function to manage schedules and appointments (with calendar view and function to set reminders) 6. Tasks list page with ability to add or modify task for each user 7. Dashboard page to show customizable components (i.e. user can choose whether to choose Task list, Sales funnel, important dates, schedules, etc.) 8. Function to store documents tied to sales person or clients. Function to allow upload and download documents. To explore whether it’s possible to store those uploaded documents into other Cloud provider i.e. OneDrive, Dropbox, etc. 9. Function to track feedback from customer, assign ticket number and Customer representative for each support case. 2 level support (Customer -> Customer Representative -> Sales Person) 10. Email function for sending out emails. Provide page to setup email settings i.e. Email From address, SMTP, Max Emails can be sent out per hour for 1 user, etc. Info: 1. Database design will be provided. Advice is required to review the design and amendement if required 2. Need to be developed in step by step phases where UI for each page must be shown and flow to confirm before coding. User Interface Look and Feel and User Experience is very important in this project. Deliverables: 1. Fully functional web applications and all the functions 2. Properly documented Source codes for easy maintenance 3. 2 months Support and bugs fixing after system goes live
