Simple web script (project 2 repost)

On the checkout page, at the bottom right corner, notice the green popup that says: "Some Name just purchased through Clickbetter 1 minute ago" Here's what I need you to do: I need to you to make a script that does the same thing for me. There's 2 variables on the popup: "Name" and "Number of Minutes (like 2 minutes or 9 minutes)" For the "Name" variable, the script will pick a random name from a text file (which consists of a few names) You will also need to give me a sample text file which contains 100 names for testing. For the "Number of Minutes" variable, the script will simply pick a random number from 1 to 9. The script should be as simple and lightweight as possible That's all. It should be pretty simple. Make sure you include the word "CHELSEA" in your bid, so I know you have read this description carefully. In your proposal, tell me how you plan to do the job.
