Remove Magento and implement Auction Nudge

We have a wordpress site which has a megento shop alongside. The shop no longer makes sales and so we now use ebay. The old magento shop needs removing and the shop rebuilding using our ebay shop items. We do not have affiliate setup with ebay and so the quickest method is using auction nudge. We would like the same categories as our ebay shop but understand auction nudge does not do this - so we need custom code or another method to divide our 50-100 items into some structure and not just a flat list. There is a landing page widget in wordpress that shows shop items and also category links - this needs changing over to ebay items and categories. We laso have some sort of mobile version of the shop for iOS that is not working well. This needs removing. The look and style of the shop should match closely to the main website.
