When a purchase is made from our site using the PayPal Buy button, the internal backend processes to begin processing the order should occur when notification from PayPal is received. Expected Processes: 1) Upon the response from PayPal of a Customers purchase, the following should occur: a) Internal Database should have inserts and updates pending the response from PayPal. (Job table will be updated if the payment status is "Completed") , b) Response should be sent back to PayPal of received and completed information. The effected Tables and Columns can be found in the queries in the attached file, [login to view URL] in the section noted /* Begin Ryan's code ---------------------------------------------------------------*/ Open Questions: What happens if the status is "Pending"? How do we find out from PayPal when this becomes "Completed"? I think all of this should be able to be completed without needing any of our logins. Please let me know if you need more details and I will happily add them to the requirements here. Attached is as far as I have got. Feel free to toss all the code, but it should be enough for including information about our database.
