PHP/CSS/JQuery/Flash/SEO developer wanted
$5-15 USD / hour
I am looking for a long term employee who can work full time on MiddleEast time (e,g Lebanon) zone and who has knowledge in responsive website and application development in addition to knowledge in css and seo content. I am willing to hire long term (as a work from home employee). I want a freelancer not an inhouse office project manager to respond to this project. I do not like working with inhouse offices because they have tons of other projects and work limited office hours.
He needs to be able to develop an mp3 cutter, joiner, all kind of calculators, converters and online webmaster tools ! He needs to be able to do with website design and css ! He needs to be able to do keyword research and provide SEO targeted content (doing onpage and offpage SEO).
