New SQL queries PHP in established db

Linux, PHP/Mysql relational db already established with finished (and operating well for 3 years) site - need two more scripts for table output - and that table to be displayed similarly to other displayed tables on site. Site uses CSS. Simplistically put, WAV files (containing dictated medical reports) are uploaded to the system, auto placed in the appropriate typist's directory (per x-ref table), reports are typed, and finished documents returned to admin, who then uploads to the appropriate client's folder - all via nice clean (and pretty) interfaces. Wordcounts for each batch of reports is provided by uploading typist. Need script to separate wordcounts out by client /(drop-down/select), as well as by typist and report it in a table.
Also want a script to automatically back up NEW data each evening.
System operates tightly and securely, and needs to stay that way.
ALSO - am looking for a system admin person for regular work (SSL cert installs, maintenance, backups, etc.)
I require a signed non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement. I expect to work closely with this person, and I expect extensive testing (NO BUGS) before going live!
Deadlines are to be set at the onset of this project, but would like it finished no later than March 1.
