Install Email to Database Program

This job is for installing an email to database script. I installed this script previously (latest version) and it worked great, about 4 times and then for some reason it was unable to access the inbox to process more emails.
It Just hangs. I don't really know why since I'm not a programmer. However you'll likely have better success installing it.
I'd also like to have a cron job set up for the script to run periodically.
