Web Application Needs: -Super Admin account must be able to login and view all account, images, text documents, and note conversations, -Main account owner will need to be able to sign up for account with username (email address) and password -Main account owner can upload, ingest and review all widely used Image, vector and text document formats to be view in a browser. -Main account owner can use make annotation notes to image and save notes. Annotation tools needed Brush Tool. Pointer Tool. Suggested Crop Tool. Text Tool. Shape Tool. Image Tool. Region Tool. Ruler Tool. Eyedropper Tool. -Send a message to an client users (outside person) and allow them access to see file upload and make annotation notes -Main account owner will be able to share and transfer files and upload large files to server up to 3 GB -Allow client users (outside person) to access to uploaded files by link being email to them -Main account owner must be notified by when client users have take actions. Actions are: logging to account to look at image, make annotation notes, and downloaded file. Time and date stamps need to be logged with action. -Account Owners must be able to submit to clients Approval Requests and New Assets for Review. -All emails will be stored in database and can be exported by XML file -All emails will be sent to aweber as a signup to email list -All accounts must be stored in a MySQL Database -Application must allow for multiple users to set up accounts. Application will be built on our testing to server. Once person is selected to build they will be given access to account. Use Jquery for annotation tools. You will not be paid until we see all deliverable met. If project met beyond our needs and exceeds our expectations you will receive a bonus payment.
