A Simple php based web site plus Facebook App

Hi I need a simple php Mysql based website where people would be having a simple Account Area and after login would be able to upload and manage some pictures and some texts and if possible videos. If someone can do this in flex etc that would be even better. Will provide more details to the winning / shortlisted bidders.
