Pgm intermittently abort on load

I have an application call Track&Price (T&P) written in VB.Net for Coins and Currency.? This installs properly and works on 90% of the computers (both XP and VISTA) with no problems.? On about 10% of the machines the software installs (its appears to install properly) but the? install software aborts.? We took an XP machine where the problem has been happening.? ? This machine was set back to its original factory settings? (XP Home edition).? The first software installed was T&P.? ? ? The same problem occurred with T&P aborting immediately when trying to load.
