Speed test script

This project is half completed already. We need a Perl or PHP script to 1. run a shell command which downloads a file as part of a speed test (example [login to view URL] attached) and 2. a second script to show the URL location of the files downloaded (example [login to view URL] attached). The main problem is when the [login to view URL] script runs from a browser, it does not run any of the commands, it seems it must run as root or sudo or we need to edit the sudors file or setuid to allow [login to view URL] to run correctly. We can give you SSH access to a test account for install and testing.
