81711 affiliate program

i need an affiliate program very similar to [login to view URL] the template for the program is at: [login to view URL] any programmer must be good with design as they must make sure that the affiliate and various admin pages also compliment the design - and data should be presented in a pleasant manner It is a 4 tier program with the basic aim of getting people to subscribe to my newsletter... they will be pais £0.30 first level, 10 cents second, 5 third and 3 on the fourth... (they will be paid when their account reaches £35 with the option of exchanging that for 3500 hits at [login to view URL]) They must only be paid after a subscriber has been with me for 45 days (only credited then) ... subscribers must be checked against a database to prevent double signups and also must have to confirm their subscription here are the requirements: FRONT END... -------------- a way for affiliates to sign up for their own referal page...(should obtain their name, address, website details and email address) - and a simple way for people to sign up for the newsletter from the affiliate page Back end: sponsor admin -------------- it has an affiliate log in page with following features: see how many affiliate on each level. What their current balance is .. (referal stats also) once they reach a specified balance - then they should be able to click a request button - i will then be notified and take relevent action webmaster admin: ----------------- should be able to see full stats of all affiliates or single one out in more detail. - should be able to obtain email address' of all those that have joined my newsletter throught my various affiliates (the main point of the referal system) - should be able to see various stats of the affiliate - like: how many referals each has... how many subscribers to date how much has been earned and already payed maybe in priority order from highest to lowest.. - should be easily able to change how much cash is awarded for referals on each level (will change regularly for various promotions) must be able to delete certain affiliates easily if the need ever arise.. should have a pending page where i can view and quickly approve any requests by affiliates... and once approved the respective amount should be deducted from their total... SYSTEM MUST KEEP A LOG OF ALL EMAIL ADDRESS' OBTAINED AND CHECK EACH NEW ENTRY AGAINST THE LOG TO PREVENT CHEATING - the same email address must not be allowed more then once... (maybe the same ip address is also not allowed more the once a week???) Any suggestion/ enhancement /improvements on this script will be looked upon favourably - as we wish for a programer who truely understands our needs ... I have been burnt by a programmer on scriptlance before - so you must convince me of your honesty and quality of work... to prove that you have read this start you bid with the words 'hello there' - this should show which programmers simply post a bid on every project whether they can do it or not (caused me many problems in the past) sorry for this being so long! and oh yeah time is of the essence!
