Write script to upload delimited txt file to mySql

I have a script on my server that everyday uploads users to a Joomla MySQL database from a delimited .txt file. The normal Joomla user tables are being updated, but I also need to update the Virtuemart user tables. I think there are three Virtuemart tables that need to be updated, the values are below. Also I've attached the current upload script, it's started, but still needs changes. The .txt file is also attached, which contains the data.
