We are looking to implement State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES) for our company. It allows a standardized way of exchanging unemployment information between states and employers. There is a central server that sends out XML files which are parsed and then returned along with any requested information. Our company is looking to institute SIDES. We'd like a web app that our employees can login to and view the messages and send them back with the requested data. We want to be able to add and remove users that can login to the web app. We also would like to do some reporting on the claims like how many are open, closed, won, lost, etc. Simple things.
