Hello, I need a basic contract system, where the "seller" can make a contract for the "buyer". The seller logs in through a login and password, which he / she has the option to enter your name, email, phone number ect.. and variety of information about the sale. After the seller presses "Submit" then creates a contract where the user can enter and press confirm, then the contract is initiated. The user gets access to the contract through a url with their phone number, for example: [login to view URL] All information need to be saved at a MySql databse. It MUST be easy to expand on, please write clean code. Dont waste my time if you cant do this this is urgent project
