Prestashop penny auctions module - repost

Hi,
I'm looking for a developer who will create Penny Auctions module for Prestashop.
Module should include:
- create auction for existing product
- set auction duration
- buy credits by customers
- use credits to bid in auctions
- increase duration on customer bid
- list of current auctions on the home page
- list of customer auctions on the account
- manage auctions in the shop backoffice
- sending emails to customers
all completely in Spanish
