249985 PHP pages for existing CMS

I need a freelancer or company to work initially on one site and then to bid on 4 further sites. I am looking for someone with good overall experience in php/mysql/css who is prepared to work with me as the design director and be able to communicate well in English Must be available for daily updates and conversations as needed. I have had problems with coders dissapearing for days at a time in the past causing me acute problems and I will not tolerate this - projects will be cancelled if the response is not good enough. I have a number of small website projects and want to run them off a standard CMS (which is already built). This CMS will need developing and adjusting for specific projects with new modules as time goes on. The initial project to bid on is a simple 5 page site to the attached design using the existing CMS. There are another 4 similar sized projects to bud in after this one. Please bid for this one project only in this instance.
