We need a programmer who can do LBS system in Android. - repost

Hello :) We'd like to find a programmer who can make an hybrid Android application(server includes) The server would be PHP and MYSQL, and the native app would be Android application. And it can be separated into three ways. First, Native-App. Native app sends the user's current location to web-server. for instance, if I search some shopsf, the application should navigate the way to a shop from user's current location. (Using Google Maps) Second, Administrator's page through web. The administrator's page should include the function of save,edit,remove shops' list and the function of save,edit,remove user's review as well. Third, View page through web. And it has to show three pages: the list of Shops' category, Shops' names, Shops' detail information pages. (1) The list of shops' category is literally the list of shops' category. (ex: Italian Food, Chinese Food, Japanese Food, Korean Food...etc ) (2) The page of the list of Shops' name shows the shops' (ex: Category-Italian Food/ Domino Pizza, Pizza Hut, ABC Spageti, Amazing Pasta...etc) (3) The page of the shops' detail information should shows the shops' photo, map, telephone number and etc. And we'd also like to add the Rate bar system to judge the shops' popularity or how good they are to users. And the process of this app is like the below. 1. When users run the app, the app should send the user's current location to web-server. 2. Access to Category page of shops through Web-View. 3. When users click the the above, the page should be changed to the list of shops' name. 4. When users click the shops' name, the page should be changed to the shops' detail page. 5. When users click the map in the shops' detail page, the application should navigate the way to the shop from users' current location. Please contact us only if you have experienced in this function.
