I charge 1500 USD for one site upgrade. The reason is that there is no automated tool to reliably upgrade from 1.5 to anything above. Therefore it's like a new implementation with content migration. I will install a clean Joomla 3.2.2 site. I will list all your extensions and check whether there are equivalent for Joomla 3.2, it might be that we have to find alternative ways.
