Import PHP tool for importing Excel file in database ( PHP/MySQL)

The goal of this project is to create a Excel import tool into a MySQL database. This Excel file in a list of jobseekers, and we have to import this in a recruitment software (ATS -Applicant Tracking Software-) This ATS manages customers, and for customers we have jobs, and we "attach" jobseekers/candidates for a job. The excel file is a list of jobseekers to "attach" to the customer/job.
