Drupal Real Estate Website w/Custom Raffle Module

I need a website for my real estate business based on Drupal. I want all menu items, all images, all texts and all links to be editable via an administration section of the website. In addition to basing the website on Drupal, I want a raffle system that's tied into the website as well as tied into the administration section of the Drupal system. ## Deliverables What I need done: I need a website for my real estate business based on Drupal. Extra database driven modules wanted: Testimonial module where a people can leave testimonials Raffle module - Buy A Ticket Page - Every person should have the ability to come to the website and purchase a raffle ticket. Payments are accepted by having the user entere their bank name, bank account number, and routing number. I would also like the ability for people to pay via pay pal. - The raffle module should be tied into the website's admin section so I can edit the rules of the contest, the raffle time, the house that's being raffled and the non-profit organization that's receiving the proceeds. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style I already have a template of what I want for the home page. The subsequent web pages depend on what the web page displays. The only reason I'm stressing Drupal is because I think it will help you create the website easier and faster as well as leaving me with a CMS that I can use to make future changes. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience creating websites in Drupal and creating custom modules through it.
