MAGENTO MAILS not working thought PHP MAIL() works

We have Windows 2008 server with Magento sucessfully installed. No mails are going out from Magento.

We have MAILENABLE mailserver installed.

Normail php's MAIL() works, but not Magento's mail. We have proper email and store emails defined in Magento.

In System/Configuration/Advanced/System, disabled email communication is set to NO.

Tried everything but mails are not going from Magento via MailEnable. Could you help?
