PHP / MySql Database Project

I need a web based application that does the following: 1. Username and password is generated, created & stored 2. Password reminder is sent via sendmail at users request 3. User enters a list of URLs into a text box separated by carriage return. 4. System then checks the Google PR (page rank) for each url user enters and then stores the URL, Page Rank & ID of the user that entered the URLs (I have some code for getting the google PR that I can give you) 5. The system will then give the user a list of URLs within the same database that have an equal page rank value that: A. The user did not already enter before B. The user has not already received before 6. When the system gives the user a list of urls it logs the fact that that user id received those urls for future queries (item 5) 7. There will be a link for the user to access previous URL lists generated. The list will display each url with pagerank preceding the URL. Each PR/URL will display on a separate line. Each URL will be clickable and open that URL in a new browser window. 8. Each PR/URL that is displayed can be downloaded in CSV format by clicking a download link in both the results and the previous PR/URL lists as indicated in item 7. ERRORS: If no matching PR Urls are available to be given to the user then those URLS that have no mathcing PR will not be stored by the system and it will be indicated to the user which URLs were not stored & it will be indicated that there are no matching PR urls in the system and to check back later. This application can be written in Perl or PHP and use a MySql database. The system should be set up and functioning on my server before payment is released. END ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Unix server platform
