I need a site made from scratch, I got a pre-made site and it had bugs and more bugs every time i fix one thing there was another problem. So i need a website like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] but with a different design. I need it to have roatating banners in the header and on the right side. It has to have a admin side and in the code have to have notes so if i want to change something i know what each line is for. it has to have instructions on how to setup the database for the site my self etc... it has to be bug and error free.
