Joomla template based on a blank template

Hello, I’m looking for someone who can setup a very easy Joomla site. Result should be something similar to: [login to view URL] Please pay attention to: - position of the background image, if you zoom the browser window - different background colors and images – e.g. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Please use something like [login to view URL] as a basic template (responsive, …) You don’t need to create any pages or content – but it must be possible to create (unlimited) own pages using Joomla Administration backend (joomla article manager) for every new page (article!?) it must be possible to set - page background color - page background image - position of page background image – left/bottom ([login to view URL]), right/top (e.g. [login to view URL]), top, bottom, … - content (text, links, …) Please make a easy solution - it’s no problem if I need to write something via “Edit HTML Source…” – for example to set the position of the background image, etc. ... Additionally there should be a Link in the left bottom corner of every page… I would give you access to a default Joomla 3.1.1. installation on my server. It should be very easy for someone who knows what he/she's doing… THANK YOU!
